MY NEW CREATION.........SUGAR FONDANT COOKIE - WEDDING THEME I

It is really an exciting job being a baker and a cake decorator.......I have come to realize it now that I have been baking with orders for coming to 1.5 years now. Every time I got an order, I will do all my research and homework , so that i can get the best details and information I need to create out that masterpiece of work for my customers.

Therefore, every now and then , I have also learnt to improve myself by reading more cake decorating books, watching more Youtube videos of 'How To', do a lot of blog-walking and if time permits, I try to enrol in some 'hands-on' classes too.

Well, during the Easter weekend, I have made some Sugar Cookies and decorated them with some 'wedding bliss' or 'bridal shower' theme.

For these cookies, I have made them in two selection, where the customer can choose to have the cookie 'holed' at the corner to insert a ribbon in it, so that it can be hanged on a 'cookie tree'. The other selection, the cookie will appear as a whole cookie which will be wrapped in a a ribbon tied cookie bag.

LEE CHU'S 10TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY CAKE & CUPCAKES

'Rich Chocolate Moist Cake with Chocolate Ganache filling and full fondant customized designs

Lee Chu is a new customer and she called me to order this 'Best of Both - Cake and Cupcakes' package for her 10th Wedding Anniversary which falls on the 8th Oct. She wanted to surprise her husband with advance planning to have a dinner at Clarence Home Grill on that anniversary night, and just before their dessert was being served, the waitress will come out with the 'Anniversary Cake and Cupcakes' specially commissioned by Lee Chu based on everything that her husband likes........isn't that sweet?

The 'highlight' of the cake is a 'Mini Billiard Table'........Lee Chu's hubby's favourite game

Along with the cake, there are 10 cupcakes to show 'All that HE likes'.........

Wedding Anniversaries are memorable days to remember and to look back upon on the times spent together as husband and wife........no matter in good or bad, in sickness and in health, in poor or in wealth, but what matters most is the time spent together as ONE couple living and sharing ONE's life and dream together.
